Biography:

John has lived in Braintree since 1976 and is married with  two grown up sons and 9 grandchildren, four of whom are at local schools in Braintree. John has served as a District Councillor  since 2007, currently representing  Braintree West and has served on the Cabinet for 8 years and is currently Cabinet Member for Corporate Transformation.

 

He has taken up local issues on behalf of residents such as planning applications, housing issues and  parking and highway matters in London Road. John is committed to and passionate about  the District Museum and Warner Textile Archive in Braintree serving on the Trustee Board  and  Chairman of Warner Textile Trading Company.
